Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services and products they receive. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Terms of Return
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

State of Return
For physical products: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any original packaging intact.
For services: If you are not satisfied with a consultation or coaching session, please reach out to us within 7 days of the service date to discuss options for a refund or alternative solutions.

Reason for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
    For coaching and consultation services, refunds or rescheduled sessions may be issued if the service was not provided as agreed or in the event of scheduling errors.

Process for Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us via email at returns@shareefsalaam.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number or booking reference.
  2. A brief explanation of the reason for the return or refund.
  3. Photos of any damaged or defective products (if applicable).

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Process of Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

For services, refunds will be issued if requested within 7 days of the session, and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
